15 and 16 puzzle

Reason for sale: total sale of stock of the closed online shop.
Condition of the puzzle: unused, like new.

Goal:

Use all 16 pieces. Put all pieces into the frame, so that in any perpendicular, horizontal or diagonal direction the sum is 34.
Use only pieces from 1 to 15. Mix them and try to arrange them in the frame from 1 to 15 without lifting them up.

Difficulty: 2/6 (15 puzzle) and 4/6 (16 puzzle)
