4-Compartment Box (4-wood design) by Hiroyuki Oka

The 4-compartment Box is a very nice puzzle box designed and made by Hiroyuki Oka. He hadn't made these boxes for about 10 years (last time in 2014) and the recent small batch of this version also sold out quickly.

From the official website:

It takes 5 steps to open one compartment. There are 4 compartments in total. Two spaces can be opened at the same time, one on the top and one on the bottom. The top and bottom panels have a design made with four different types of wood. The sliced pieces are attached to plywood, so they are not made from one solid board.

Opening method of the puzzle box : 5 steps x 4 times
Moving panels and Slide keys : 4 panels / 2 keys
Outside size : 4.6 x 3.3 x 2.1 inch = 11.7 x 8.5 x 5.5 cm
Inside one space size : 1.4 x 2.6 x 0.7 inch = 3.7 x 6.8 x 1.9 cm 
Includes description (solution sheet for how to open) and gift box.

The puzzle box comes with a solution card and in its original box.

All my puzzles are stored in a climate controlled environment in a smoke- and pet free home.
