Description

Designed and made by Simon Nightingale as his exchange puzzle for the IPP22 puzzle party in 2002.
Goal: Open the drawer in the box by pushing the drawer or tilting the box. Shaking, hitting and magnets are not required.
Materials: The puzzle is made from wood
Size: 110mm x 70mm x 55mm

Condition: The puzzle is wrapped in it’s original paper as it was given in the exchange.

Brian opened it and completed the solve – three times! - to be sure it works correctly and rewrapped it.  Even then he had to use the solution. And he still says he's not sure he understands exactly how it works. Very hard puzzle.

General Information:

This is Brian and Sue Young from Mr Puzzle Australia.  If you have questions please email me separately via our Mr Puzzle email address mrpuzzle@mrpuzzle.com.au  But please don’t email and ask to discontinue the auction. All auctions will run their duration. It’s the fairest course for everyone.

All prices in Australian Dollars (not US Dollars).  We much prefer payment via Wise because the charges are far less. But we can accept PayPal.

If we have other items listed and you buy more than one we’re happy to combine ship and quote postage based on weight.
The puzzles will be shipped from us here in Australia by Australia Post.
After the auction please message me to let me know if you would like standard or express postage. Rates below.

Cost to ship this puzzle Standard:
Australia AU$15 - NZ AU$23 - US/Canada/Asia AU$28 - UK/EU/Scandinavia AU$33

Cost to ship this puzzle Express:
Australia AU$18 - NZ AU$40 - US/Canada/Asia AU$45 - UK/EU/Scandinavia AU$50 - Other countries please request a quote.

Import duties/tariffs are not included in the final price.
The import duty or tariff rate may be different for every country so please check the rate that applies to your own country.
It is usual practice that import duties or tariffs are paid by the buyer at the point of import or delivery in your own country.
USA is the exception. The USA government has mandated that the tariff be paid to them from Australia before we can send the parcel. The tariff percentage for puzzles made in UK is currently set at 10% plus a customs clearance admin fee.
