Byway Secret 2 Limited Edition by Hiroshi Iwahara  KCG Karakuri Box

This 2nd version of the Byway Secret series was created by Hiroshi Iwahara, who is a chairman of Karakuri Creation Group. There are 2 rooms inside, and you'll be able to open the 1st room soon. But, it takes more few moves to open the 2nd room, and you'll miss your way to open. The right side and the reverse side will intertwine and move each other. It was made with a new mechanism that is an application of traditional Himitsubako’s bar device.

There is engraved with a traditional Japanese optical illusion motif featuring cat’s.

Also this box is decorated with beautiful marquetry (Yosegi).

The  box moves perfectly.
