This is a rather complex burr design with a level move count of 24.5.2.4. by Stephane and beautifully crafted by Maurice.
Here’s Stephane’s description:
"I created Château d'If, level 24, 39 moves. Without colour constraints, difficult to do better. The difficulty hangs on a little thing : if a unit is removed from piece S1, there are nearly no more moves."
