There is no other puzzle which is anything like this insane puzzle. Some may think it's a bit like a Turning Interlocking Cube with parts that you have to assemble into a cube, but there are internal pins sliding in a maze of groove which transforms the puzzle into a beast with teeth! You'll struggle to get even one piece out and it doesn't get any easier from there. Once you've gotten everything apart, the disassembly will destroy your hopes for a just world.
The wood of this dark beauty is Figured Chechen and has a lovely shimmer in bright light. Comes from the first CD run of the Daedalus puzzles made by Eric Fuller.
Daedalus is in excellent condition with a few scratches from the internal pins rubbing against the wood as pieces slide past each other and no mechanical defect.
