Derek's second newest Helical design.
This one has similar end patterns to Derek's original, award-winning, Helical Burr and, as it looks the same, we thought we'd make it sound the same as well. So we named it "heel lick all bare, too!"
The standard puzzle hamster had a say in this one, it is almost the same size as the SPH and has colour tones that match.
If you want to imagine what this puzzle is like just pick up your hamster, hold it in two hands and gently screw. Screw like your life depends on it. Screw a mind blowing 31 times and then imagine the joyful release of your first piece. Slightly fewer moves than Polar Burr but according to most who have solved both, this one is a little trickier.
Heel lick her bare, too! is a difficult puzzle but definitely achievable.
It has been printed by The Two Brass Monkeys in PLA. It's definitely a step up in difficulty from the original Helical (and we still have a few of those available. Each one takes around 18 hours to print and we'll therefore only be releasing these in small batches.
We will listing a few 3D printed Helical designs for sale (including the new Polar Burr design). The shipping price is fixed no, matter how many puzzles you buy.
