Far more difficult to solve than a single-sided maze of the same dimensions, this puzzle will give you extended pleasure (or frustration). It’s perfect for exercising your brain and keeping it active. Made of Maple with a single steel ball, this puzzle has 12 pass-throughs in addition to the start end end points. The start and end are marked with Green and Red washers, and happen to be on opposite sides in the same location.
Measuring 37 x 23 x 3 cm (14.5″ x 9″ x 1.125″) this substantial piece of fine wood masses 907g – almost 2 lb.
This type of maze has between 8 and 15 side transitions, and between 300 and 400 individual solutions steps. There are several unique patterns. Solution time will likely be at least 10 minutes. This item has my difficulty rating of 6.4, which I consider “moderate”. Please note that the photos show two different patterns. This item has the more difficult pattern.
When not in use, this puzzle can be hung on a wall to show visitors how talented you are!
Made of Maple and finished with Livos Natural Oil. The washers are Steel and the Start/Finish washers are painted with a non-toxic crafts Enamel.
