Description
One of the famous Sandfield Brothers' dovetail designs, this one by Norman, crafted exquisitely in two beautifully contrasting woods (walnut and maple) by the master Perry McDaniel.  Norman used this puzzle in the puzzle exchange at IPP20 (Los Angeles, 2000).  The puzzle is in the shape of a "Dove Bar" ice cream bar.  The challenge is how to open the puzzle.  The puzzle was made in a limited edition of 200.  This one is signed and numbered "PM 97/200."

The puzzle is as received at IPP20 in 2000 with its original (and unscathed) paper pouch, with original instruction and solution sheet.

I will ship within the US at insured priority mail pricing (from between $9.35 and $12.55, depending on postal code), or via first class mail for around $6.65, if preferred. I am happy to ship internationally at cost, but I cannot always guarantee that overseas packages can be insured or tracked.  Please do not send payment until postage cost is determined.
