This is a beautiful, striped version of Kamei's Egg puzzle box.  The puzzle is in great shape with a couple of small scratches that are hard to see (see photos).  The solve is smooth and it includes the original "prize" inside.  Original cardboard box is included.  I also have a "large" Egg listed (P-10-1).
