Description
So normally, I wouldn't think about listing a puzzle without mentioning its name or designer, but I have had this TIC for months now and there isn't a single person who I asked with any clue what the name of this TIC even is. If I at least knew the designer's name, I could contact them for identification, but no luck there!

I suspect this was a personal copy someone made of a tic they saw only through pictures. It's made entirely out of one wood type and the pieces are glued together instead of using dowels for reinforcement.

The TIC is moderately hard. I'd rank it about medium difficulty compared to other TICs I have done. It's easy enough to get most of the pieces assembled, but there's always one piece left out that refuses to cooperate and settle down. I had some fun with this one even as it frustrated me when I tried looking up its name!

EDIT - So a very helpful person sent me a message shortly after this auction was posted to tell me that it was HepTIC which I quickly confirmed after checking to see that the pieces matched! Apparently, the design of HepTIC has a funny story behind it relating the 4 pieces to being a cage, monkey, banana, and a door which works well with the confusion of the solve. The amusing story can be read about here: https://www.zenpuzzler.com/2019/11/monkey-business-heptic.html

Edge Corner Cube Variation and Non-Void Cube Variation by Christoph Lohe
Edge Corner Cube Variation and Non-Void Cube Variation are very unusual TICs designed by Lohe and printed by Andrew Crowell.Their novelty is the fact that pieces are attached by diagonal connectors which makes for a large degree of freedom in what potential moves can be made. While they aren't easy tics to be solved, it is likely that they are actually fairly simple solves in comparison to the potential tics lurking in the possibility space of diagonally linked tics. I've copied over...

Abraham's Whale by Idan Shvartz
Abraham's Whale is a difficult puzzle that I found frustrating and tough. Truth be told, I just gave up after the first few steps and I don't have any further desire to push deeper into this puzzle. So the internals are almost completely untouched by me and is pristine! I've decided to just let it go to a more deserving buyer.Bluntly put, I think the first step or two are too difficult for puzzlers to guess at, and I'm planning on sending over some hints to make it a bit easier for the potential...
