This is Hiroyuki Oka’s Secret Star puzzle box. This design was crafted when he was a member of the Karakuri group. He writes: It was created as an Xmas Present in 2005. It was designed as an image of Xmas The base is a triangle Secret Box. It became a Beautiful box with Yosegi. It was more difficult than standard square Secret Boxes. The puzzle box measures 104X90X45mm.
