Description

As I’ve now completely retired from puzzles I’m offering up this very cool Kumiki Burr by Juno.

Here’s Juno’s description from Pluredro:

“This 9-piece dinosaur-shaped puzzle offers unique solutions for levels 10-13. That is, it takes 10 moves to remove the first piece from the assembled shape and another 13 moves to remove the second piece. It is a relatively easier puzzle compared to many of Juno's diabolic burr puzzles, yet it is still challenging to solve. Some of the pieces are shaped in such a way that it is obvious at a glance which parts need to be assembled where. The difficult part of the challenge is in which order the pieces have to be assembled.

The puzzle is shipped to the customer incorrectly assembled, so it must be disassembled and reassembled to form a perfect dinosaur shape. Some of you may remember Juno's former design Kumiki Airline, which is made from the same material as Kumikisaurus.

Juno wanted to add variety to our puzzle products, so he designed this dinosaur-shaped puzzle. We have previously released Chubby Crocodile and cat-shaped Mittan, but both are considered to be puzzle boxes. It is our first-time animal-shaped burr puzzle, and we plan to release more products with similar concepts in the future. Unlike most of the conventional kumiki, our puzzles will always require multiple movements to disassemble.”

Ships assembled in the ‘incorrect way’ as it was when I received it from Juno.

Shipping cost will need to be determined at close of auction.

Slot Machine - Stewart Coffin Design #185 by Henry Strout
I have decided to offer up this puzzle in an effort to further thin out my personal collection.  This classic Coffin design was Henry’s IPP 24 Exchange puzzle at Tokyo, Japan  in 2004 and marked his second appearance in the exchange.Eric Fuller (RIP) released (2005) a modified version with a wood slotted top to make the puzzle much more difficult! Here’s Stewart’s description:“Try your luck on this one - or test your patience! The seven polyomino-type pieces of Slot Machine are inserted...

This is Stewart Coffin’s follow up to his Three-Piece Block puzzle (Design #38) that stumped many puzzlers over the years!  This one was used by Saul at IPP 38 for his Exchange Gift and packed the pieces in a coffee cup, it’s as equally difficult to assemble as the original.Shipping cost to be determined at close of auction.

Card Case by Juno
!! Please read description carefully before bidding on this puzzle box !!I’m offering up this ‘modified’ maze type puzzle box by Juno:I purchased this puzzle box from a fellow puzzle collector.  When it was originally purchased from Juno (Pluredro) it was severely damaged by customs in an effort to open it for inspection.  It appeared to be struck with a hammer.  Once I received it in pieces I repaired it and modified the maze portion circumventing Juno’s original design of having ...
