The Kanazawa IPP39 Puzzle was designed by George Sicherman and presented by Brian Young during the Edward Hordern IPP39 Puzzle Exchange in Kanazawa, Japan (2019). Sicherman, known for creating puzzles that manipulate space and logic, offers a deceptively simple challenge in this tray puzzle. The objective is to fit an additional piece into a diamond-shaped frame already holding five pieces. The puzzle plays with spatial perception, where solutions require not only careful observation but clever rearrangement. Crafted from laser-cut acrylic, only 897 units were made by Mr Puzzle, and the design reflects the creative exchange spirit of the IPP event, where Brian had fun sharing it while wielding his "Ray Gun."
This took me hours to solve. It;s a great puzzle. A few signes of wear as it is plastic.
