From the set of IPP38 exchange puzzles this is "Mitsu Kai".
Exchanged by Meiko Kimura, designed and created by Takeyuki Endo.
Six cubies are attached to the centre cube, and have internal sliders and interfering elbows attached to them.
Twist one cubie at a time and move the sliders to unlock other cubies and ultimately free the rope.
It comes with the shown solution sheet, which in itself is a puzzle to understand and follow, hence not considered a spoiler!
The box measures 5 x 5 x 5 cm.
