Nail Clippers by Shou Sugimoto was released as a limited edition 2020 Karakuri Christmas Present.

Sugimoto says: "This work was designed as a Christmas present for 2020. I've always thought that the structure of a pair of nail clippers was interesting, so I made a karakuri box that makes use of it. Why don’t you try extending your nails to help you solve the mechanism of this Karakuri box?"
