Description
The Nickel Box was the first caged burr made by Maurice Vigouroux with these large ebony boxes.
It shares its nice little dots with the Chrysalide puzzle, except that here, the dots are made of beech instead of aluminium.
This copy comes directly from Maurice’s own collection and has been very carefully polished.
The design is a very good one. Difficult enough, but in theory, it can be disassembled and reassembled completely without the help of Burrtools.
Auction rules : it is not allowed to cancel one's bid. If anyone does so, the whole auction will be restarted.
