Penta Starfish was Naoaki Takashima's exchange at IPP19 in London, 1999
It was a brand new cast metal puzzle at that time, designed by Akio Yamamoto.
The complimentary leather pouch is another disentanglement puzzle in itself, and was handmade by Akio Yamamoto specially for IPP19.
The pouch is 11 x 6 cm, the starfish is 45 mm wide.
