The Rising Sun puzzle was Oskar van Deventers exchange at IPP21 in Tokyo, 2001
The goal of this puzzle is to make the yellow sun rise from behind the grey/white clouds.
The sun can slide and rotate, but not always in the way you would like it to...
The puzzle measures 12 x 8 x 1 cm, and requires at least 18 moves to solve according to the description on Oskar's page
