Trench’s Triple Trouble by Kevin Holmes

This is a very nice design and build by Kevin from decades ago. It’s a ‘Cube and Plank’ design featuring Walnut and Cherry. It seems hard to believe that it's been almost 20 years since I first made a small run of this clever packing puzzle design in 2006. William has graciously allowed me to offer up another run as there were only a dozen copies made in 2006.The original metal version was William’s exchange puzzle at the IPP21 in Tokyo.This version is made using many wood varieties and includes a Stand. Chequered Binary Cube by Kevin Holmes/Jacques Haubrich

This is an early design by Jacques and features 11 checkered pieces that are nicely crafted by Kevin. Pieces are Maple and Padauk.The main goal is to create a cube from all of the pieces, with additional goals of removing a piece to form a hollow cube.
