Description as listed on the Pluredros website:

While manufacturing the Strugg L puzzle, Juno came up with an idea for another puzzle with a similar concept. This idea materialized into Scramb L.

Scramb L consists of five pieces and a box, one less than Strugg L. The number of moves required to remove the first piece is 17, which is fewer than Strugg L, making it less challenging. While it might not fully satisfy those who enjoy difficult puzzles, we believe that some people will appreciate the bold movements of the pieces.

The box that houses the Scramb L pieces doesn't have visible grooves from the outside, and the bottom panel has no holes. At first glance, it appears to be a plain and simple packing puzzle. However, once you have the puzzle in your hands, you'll realize that it's entirely different from a regular packing puzzle.

The design of this puzzle involved battling against shortcut solutions caused by unintended piece rotations. To prevent the pieces from rotating, Juno added protuberances and grooves. Still, unexpected movements occurred, and the pieces came off with fewer moves. Such unforeseen rotations were discovered even when the puzzle's manufacturing was nearly 70% complete, and leaving it unresolved would significantly compromise the puzzle's enjoyment. As the boxes for the puzzle were already glued together, it was impossible to add grooves internally. Juno addressed the issue by further modifying the shape of the pieces to deter rotations.

The main part of the pieces is made from Iroko, while the protrusions are crafted from Jarrah and Bamboo, and the box is constructed from American Cherry and bamboo plywood. To provide sufficient strength to the pieces, they were made larger than those in Strugg L, resulting in a weight increase of over 50%.
