This is one of Dan’s first designs that is very well crafted by Eric.
Here’s the description from Cubicdissection:
“Dan is a new designer and brought a fresh idea to the table with Shake Something. This level 14 packing puzzle uses four burr pieces in a box and is anything but simple. The name comes from the fact that you have to turn the box various directions and shake it to accomplish some of the moves. While all the pieces are visible, many of the underlaying interactions are not, so this is a much trickier puzzle than the piece count would lead you to believe. This is a very fun puzzle, and reminds me of the Hazelgrove box in many ways. Moderate in difficulty.
Fit is excellent, with plenty of room inside the box for wood movement due to humidity change. Box incorporates a floating bottom and edges are rabbited for strength.
38 copies made for sale; each signed and dated.”
Shipping cost to be determined at close of auction.
