Simple Lock 2

Simple Lock 2 is a beautifully made puzzle lock, designed by Benjamin Baley.

This is a great puzzle that needs to find a new home. It has been solved once and stored in original packaging. Only 50 of these have been made, each stamped with a unique number. The number is revealed after solving, but if you want to know which number this one is, solve ? = ( 62x2 - 19x3 )/3.

Simple Lock 2 is an original sequential discovery puzzles. On the outside, it look just like its big brother the Simple Lock 1 (although experts will notice a few differences). On the inside, however, you'll find an entirely new resolution, with a 7 steps mechanism. This pleasantly challenging puzzle is specially designed for locks fans. The objective is as follows : open the shackle and then close it back as in its original position. No force or lockpicking techniques, no external tools. 

All parts are machined in France from stainless steel and anodized aluminum. The first 50 puzzles are engraved with a unique serial number.

I design the puzzles to be nice and simple looking, but don't be fooled by their clean style, these puzzles are full of intricate mechanisms, just waiting for your sharp mind to be solved. I pay a lot of attention to the rhythm and the emotions that procure the lock during its resolution. This puzzle will make you curious, impatient, enthusiastic, clever and maybe even all at the same time.
