Description

This design by Professor Singmaster (sadly passed away in 2023) was my very first puzzle offering at CubicDissection back in 2005, it’s 25 pieces that can be packed in the box 22 ways.

I was going through my ‘Salvaged Piano Wood’ (see last photo of my keyboard wall hanging, that I made from our upright piano that was produced in the ‘roaring ‘20’s!), so I figured I’d make more of this classic puzzle with this antique lumber.

As always everything gets my ‘triple buffing finish’ that gives a smooth buttery feel.

This classic design was one of my earliest puzzle builds in the early 2000’s that I made for Bill Cutler.It features 18 pieces with four solutions, however finding one will definitely keep you busy for some time!I’ve always wanted to revisit it but in a much smaller scale.
