Tetra Flop - Pelikan puzzles (Volker Latussek)

Oooh boy this tetra flop is wonderful. I love tetromino packers sooo much and the part count on this one before it was released had me so excited. There's 8 pieces that fit into the space inside, and working out the possible cuboid assemblies and then finding the actual solution is a real challenge. But the satisfaction I had when I found the solution after sooo many attempts woah! I literally yelled out loud at my coffee table. The payoff was incredible.

The woods are lovely, the reddish colour of the Bubinga pieces are really nice, and the fit and finish of the parts is sublime. They slide and glide and that final part when put in place is glorious.

The rotations needed and sequence of the parts is really cool. The small cutout off centred in the base of the box seems like it's in the wrong spot, but no it isn't! How you use it is really impressive.

I am sad to sell this one as I've kept it as a trophy for the fact that I solved the puzzle myself. But I would like it to go to a new happy home for someone to experience.

The puzzle is in flawless condition, and has always been kept in humidity controlled conditions. I will send it in an UNassembled condition unless you prefer the other way. I would gladly also provide hints or the correct assembly state to anyone if they would like help.
