Up for auction is a packing puzzle designed by Jean Claude Constantin called TEXAS COWBOY. It was used as an exchange puzzle by Allan Stein at IPP Houston in 2024 and is of intermediate difficulty. Puzzlemaster Canada has the folllowing to say:
This Texas Cowboy inspired puzzle features 4 Boots & Hats that swivel on metal pegs and are attached to an irregularly shaped flower-shaped base of wood. These four bases must fit perfectly into the holes in the bottom of the frame in order for the top of the frame to slide on top. This puzzle is much harder than it looks! Any slightly incorrect rotation of the Boots & Hats bases will cause you problems when you try to fit the top frame on!
The item is in great condition.
After the auction ends I will pro-actively contact the buyer and provide shipping options via Deutsche Post / DHL. After the preferred way of shipping is clear, I will provide final payment amount.
To provide an indication for US buyers in terms of freight cost for small parcels (l + w + h not bigger than 90cm and heavier than 2kg):
--> untracked & non-insured parcel = Euro 19.-
--> tracked & insurance value of 50 Euro = Euro 24.-
For a bigger parcel with up to 5kg and dimensions of 120cm x 60cm x 60cm the following applies:
--> tracked & insurance value of 500 Euro = Euro 49.-
Payment Options:
Generally I prefer cash or SEPA payments but many buyers from overseas do not have this possibility which is why I am willing to accept payment via Paypal. In the latter case it would be great to receie the money via F & F option to avoid fees.
CAUTION: You should never bid if you are not willing to pay via F&F option and you do not trust the seller (in this case "me") as you are not protected by Paypal.
