The Different-storeyed meleda was Anatoli Kalinin's exchange at IPP21 in Tokyo, 2001
The goal of this puzzle is to remove the handle (without taking the handle itself apoart).
This puzzle may look like a classic chinese rings puzzle, but it is different!
The length of the handle is 11 cm.
