The Great Nut-House Puzzle, 14-Piece Checkerboard Puzzle --- TWO COPIES!

This is a 14-Piece checkerboard puzzle, likely from the 1930's, produced by the D&S Novelty Company of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  The pieces are to be punched out of a sturdy cardboard folder, and each square is 7/16 x 7/16 inches (10 x 10 mm).  The puzzles are intact and in NEAR MINT condition.  THE WINNING BIDDER WILL RECEIVE TWO COPIES OF THE PUZZLE --- one to keep intact for collecting purposes, and one with which to play.  Both puzzles come with their original glassine envelopes!  Because one of the glassine envelopes is damaged (see second puzzle shown in third photo; the puzzle itself is in mint condition!), the starting price for the pair is only $13.  The puzzle has 84 solutions.  I will send a sealed copy of 12 of the solutions to the winning bidder.
