The Kraken Box, by Lost Legends & Lore

A high-seas narrative is woven throughout this box, via the packet of papers you receive alongside it (story, rules, hints, solution - the last two are sealed). There are also a pair of mysterious wooden planks with enigmatic symbols etched into them, which will come into play at some point during the experience.

I believe that The Kraken Box is the third puzzle in the 'Lost Legends & Lore' series, and it represents a step forward in the visuals that this designer has produced. A very handsome box, if also a bit creepy to have staring at you from your shelf. I mean that in a good way, of course.

Being the third entry also means that the LLL team advanced a bit more in the design of the puzzles.

This item measures approximately 8.5 inches tall (the top inch and a half being tentacles only) by 5 inches wide and 5 inches front to back.

This game is part escape room and part puzzle box. In this kraken themed game you will need to solve puzzles to unlock various parts of the box and uncover hidden clues. If you can open up the box, you will discover the ancient treasure that was bound for the King of Norway that mysteriously went missing off the coast of Norway amid rough seas in the suspected hunting grounds of the kraken.
