After this video was released I reached out to the creator and had one commissioned for myself. I have the original letter signed by the creator, Phil.
The letter shows the Piece is #3 of 3 created that I am aware of. I do not know if Phil ever made any more of these or not. I know he made one for himself, one for Mr.Puzzle, and this one for my own self. There could be others floating around but I have not ever seen one in the wild. You can see the branding of "3" on the back on the puzzle in the included pictures to match with the "piece number" on the top right corner of the letter.
Also included is the original reset instructions for the puzzle that have NEVER been opened. You could use it to potentially spoil the puzzle/solution if you end up stuck.
The puzzle itself is very well constructed, the only negative is the image is in fact a sticker that does have some bubbling starting to occur. Puzzle is in pristine condition otherwise.
Very rare puzzle, and I don't think I ever saw "Mr Puzzle" revisit this on his channel to solve, meaning you could potentially be the first person to solve this one of a kind (well, one of three) piece.
