Another ingenious science-based puzzle by Simon Nightingale, inventor of the one-piece packing puzzle and Push Boxes 1, 2, and 3, among several others. The Six Hand Burr was Simon's exchange puzzle at the 23rd International Puzzle Party (IPP23), held in Boston in 2003, over twenty years ago. Literally, six hands (three people) are required to disassemble and reassemble the puzzle, which LOOKS like a standard six-piece burr puzzle, but isn't.
The Six Hand Burr is as received at IPP23 in 2003 with its original box, packaging, and solution sheet. The puzzle measures approximately 3.5 in x 3.5 in x 3.5 in (9 cm x 9 cm x 9 cm).
