Traffic light is based on the Instant Insanity puzzle, also known as Katzenjammer or Taktikolor.

Goal:

Arrange all the cubes in the box so that there will be 4 different colors on each of the 4 sides (each color appears once on each side).
Create a square from the 4 dice out side the box so that there will be the same color (a different color on each side) on each of the 4 surrounding sides. There will be 4 different colors on the top and bottom of the square.
Create a square from the 4 dice out side the box so that there will be 2 different colors on each of the 4 surrounding sides. There will be the same color (a different color on each) on the top and bottom of the square.
