Who Dares Wins. Haleslock 6 meets Two Brass Monkeys

Who Dares Wins is a collaboration with Shane Hales of HalesPuzzles.com and 2 Brass Monkeys and I think it's fair to say that this puzzle challenges the puzzler in an unusual way. 

Goal: open the container and release the tiny golden padlock within. The cylinder measures 36mm in diameter  / 88mm tall. Puzzle weighs ~380g. 

Item is in excellent condition. Selling after solving once. Complete with bag.
