Window Lock 3 designed and crafted by Richard Hensel.

I've really enjoyed the Window Lock series, the concept of being able to see the inner workings while still being a tricky solve is very cool! However, he has stepped up his game this time around, very very sneaky and quite clever, my favorite of the series so far!
