This puzzle is likely to attract a lot of attention due to its scarcity, so I will be donating 20% of the sale price to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal in the UK (dec.org.uk) - please bid generously.
The lock has the usual objective of opening the shackle, the difference with this is that you can see everything that is going on inside! Despite these seemingly heavily stacked odds in the solvers favour there is still a surprising amount to discover and then work though.
There is lots packed into this little lock and whilst it might not be the trickest of solves it was certainly one of the most enjoyable and unique puzzles I've solved in a long time. I was impressed so much that I instantly wrote back to Dick to let him know how much I enjoyed it and how I desired to have literally any other puzzle he is planning on making.
