This is Pepper Mill from Mark van Elteren. This is a really amazing sequential discovery puzzle with a multitude of clever steps and mechanisms. I also find this to be an exceptionally beautiful creation. I have carefully solved and reset this puzzle a couple times, and the puzzle is in excellent condition.
