The Pin-Up Box is a beautifully crafted wooden packing puzzle designed by Lucie Pauwels and produced by Pelikan Puzzles. It features a compact Jatoba wood box measuring 85 x 36 x 46 mm, containing several Wenge wood pieces, some of which have holes drilled through them. The objective is to pack all the pieces into the box so that a Maple and Bubinga pin can be inserted through a hole in the box and into one of the pieces, effectively locking the assembly. The challenge lies in ensuring that, when the box is turned upside down, none of the pieces fall out. There are four different solutions, each corresponding to a different piece being secured by the pin.
This puzzle offers a delightful challenge suitable for both beginners and experienced puzzlers, combining elegant design with engaging problem-solving.
