Stuffing Burr by Dr. Volker Latussek

Stuffing Burr is a bit of a quirky puzzle that's having fun playing with the boundaries of what it means to be a burr puzzle.

It's not the first time where I played with a burr puzzle with the goal of assembling it instead of taking it apart. But oddly enough, we don't need to deal with the struggling of long sequence of moves to manipulate and move the burr sticks around until they assemble. The level and move counts here are obviously fairly low. But the catch is that the final goal shape isn't intuitively obvious. That's the main part of the puzzle and the only clue is that it's one of 2 assemblies to cover up all of the notches of each piece. With 4 pieces and 8 notches to be filling, finding the solution feels like going around in circles in a glass maze. Great fun for any burr fans who are finding the standard type of burrs to be a little too samey lately.
