Description
4 varied Exchange Puzzles from well-known Puzzle Exchange participants from IPP23, held in Chicago on 2003.  I have provided brief descriptions of each puzzle, BELOW.  I am DELIGHTED to answer more specific questions about any of the puzzles.  Note that all of the puzzles would be graded

            Collector quality
            No cosmetic issues
            Perfect function

and are as received at IPP23, complete with whatever paperwork was originally provided.  I will include the solution to each puzzle (unless the solution is already included) from the IPP23 booklet.

PUZZLE DESCRIPTIONS:

Naughty Pieces, designed and exchanged by Irina Novichkova and produced by Vladimir Krasnoukhov.  An elegant 8-piece packing puzzle with unusually-shaped pieces; with two solutions.

The 23rd Labour of Hercules, designed and produced by the prolific Jean Claude Constantin, and exchanged by the late great John Ergatoudis.  Remove the small ring from the attractive structure.

The Elusive Square Puzzle, an antique put-together design from England, beautifully produced by prolific exchange puzzle producer Walt Hoppe, and exchanged by perennial Puzzle Exchange participant Harold Raizer.  12 pieces must be arranged to produce a square, and while there are sixteen possible solutions, there is only one unique solution with all of the sides marked "ELUSIVE" facing up.

The Chicago "L", a "put together" / "pattern" puzzle designed by the combined genius of Donald Knuth and George Miller, produced by George, and exchanged by perennial Puzzle Exchange participant Stan Isaacs.  Put the 12 "L"-shaped interlocking pieces together to form a square with the constraint that the black lines for a continuous loop.

The combined weight of the puzzles and packaging is a bit over 1 lb, or around 600 g.  I will ship to any US destination with insured rate priority mail for between $12.65 and $18.95, depending on postal code.  International first class shipping will cost around $30, depending on destination country.  I cannot always guarantee that overseas packages can be insured or tracked.  Please do not send any payment until the shipping method has been discussed.

PLEASE contact me with any questions about any of the puzzles in this listing.
