Magical Wunder, IPP17 exchange puzzle(s?)

From the set of IPP17 exchange puzzles this is "Magical Wunder"

There is some confusion around this puzzle, or these puzzles...

According to the IPP17 souvenir book, Mike's exchange puzzle is a set of antique puzzle card reproductions.

They are in this lot. A box of 16 puzzle cards measuring 13 x 8 cm each.

But then there is an additional puzzle with pennies or dimes in a booklet, demonstrating the jacobs ladder principal.

Its leaflet clearly mentions it is an IPP17 exchange puzzle by Mike Foydel...

Anyway, both of them are in this lot, judge for yourself, get two for the price of one.
