Split Moon

In between puzzle builds I like to make craft items just for the enjoyment. I can't keep everything so here we are. This is NOT a puzzle. It just looks nice next to one. Good enough. I'm not sure what it is. It's basically two boxes with each box having two more boxes inside.  Each box is about 3 inches across. Large enough for storage, but not really practical. Small imperfections can be found. Made from Peruvian walnut and ambrosia maple for a beautiful contrast. This piece stands 10 in tall and 3 inch deep.
