From the set of IPP17 exchange puzzles this is "Dove Tangle"
Exchanged by Normal L. Sandfield.
This is one of his legendary wooden dovetail puzzles.
The bolt (and nut ont he other end) has white crystals on it which do not rub off, maybe a form of rust?
This does not affect the puzzle at all, it works perfectly.
It comes in its original black pounch with solution sheet. The puzzle measures 9 x 9 x 3 cm.
