Bill's Ball bearing burr is one of my all-time favorite interlocking puzzles. The normal six-piece assembly is further complicated by the addition of two stainless ball bearings which must be placed in the correct location before assembly. The bearings are then released once the puzzle is assembled, and the solver must figure out how to maneuver them in order to disassemble the puzzle. A very unique concept and a must-have for your collection!
Fit and finish is excellent with this puzzle, which was realized with .88" stock to precisely accommodate the bearings. All tolerances are within several thousandths of an inch, with decorative end-grain bevels on the dense Jatoba used.
