Description
Burr Bot is an unusual hybrid between burr puzzles and sequential discovery puzzles that benefits from the strengths of both. It's quite the entertaining game to work one's way towards finding various tools as the burr sticks hinder the path to the solution.

Andrew has proven himself to be just as talented at burr puzzle designing as he is with tic designing!

There is a minor flaw on the top of the puzzle in the third image where there is a missing chip right by a corner of the purple piece. It's purely a visual defect and doesn't affect the solve in any way.

LOL by Frederic Boucher
Frederic Boucher has a long history of coming up with wild puzzles, but he doesn't like to craft more than a handful of copies before moving on to the next design. Which is why I'm so appreciative of Pelikan for stepping in to make more copies of LOL for everyone to try!LOL is a packing puzzle where the solver needs to fit all of the pieces into a 4x5 space with only a 1x2 opening to fit the pieces inside. It's obvious that rotations will be required since there are pieces that wouldn't otherwis...

Knot-a-2x2 by Rex Perez
Knot-a-2x2 made for a wild flashback to my younger years playing with a Rubik's Cube. I'll be honest here, I struggled just as badly here as I did back then with the Rubik's Cube hahaha.I had fun with Rex's prior designs when he was mostly selling coin releases and burrs, so when I heard that he was designing an SD for seemingly the first time, I knew I had to get it. And hearing that it's based on the design of a Rubik's Cube, that just sealed the deal. The goal is to scramble up the cube so you...

Dark Matter Burr by Juno
Dark Matter Burr sounds ominous with it's name and looks, but it's quite gentle in my eyes.I solved it fairly quick when I first got it, but it's really fun to take apart and reassemble with how there are only 18 moves to take out the first piece. It looks like it should be a nightmare with its unusual pieces' shapes, but once the solver gets going, it's only a modest challenge to beat. I wouldn't say this is an easy puzzle or beginner-friendly, but it's not hard either. I rate this at medium di...

Matchbox Playground by Péter Gál
Does anyone remembers Oskar's Matchboxes? The solver had 5 matchboxes with a square shell and a box attached to it at different spots from piece to piece, and then they had to be put them together so all 5 boxes would fit inside another matchbox. It was a very interesting puzzle with 4 cavities to store small items inside and people had fun finding multiple ways to put the boxes together. It was fairly popular and not the only one of it's type! Matchbox Play Six by Olexandre Kapkan upped the cou...
