Made from mahogoany with a birch ball in a limited edition of 150.
I felt bad that I had to crack open the tape to make sure the wood was still good. It had never been open since 2006 and the wood looks amazing. After I took the pics I just put it back together and sealed th3 box back up.
This is a rare, beautiful puzzle and it is hard to find out there and not sold often at all. I am starting the sale at 50 just because I have no idea where this gravity defying puzzle with actually land when bidding ends next week. If you are a fan of Robert Sandfield or Kathleen Kathleen Malcolmson.. you won't want this one to get away.
