Hi!

Here's the february 2022 release of the Japanese Wood Joint Burr by Cubic Dissection. What a lovely piece with super intriguing and unique burr pieces. This is my second burr from CD (I have Dovetail Joint Burr) and I am blown away by how crisp and sharp all the surfaces are. Which of course is a trademark of CD. In person it is just so nice.

The woods are Ash and Wenge that result in a really nice contrast to the parts. And I am selling it as I was lucky to win a second copy (in different woods) from the recent CDM auction. And I will be keeping the other wood variant.

I haven't solved it myself yet (I'm waiting for my other copy to arrive), so the photos above only include unsolved photos. But if you win the puzzle and would prefer it to be shipped assembled, I can arrange my partner to assemble it following instructions so you can enjoy it as a take-apart burr. Or keep it unassembled for a true challenge!

Piston - Felix Ure

Piston! It is a classic by now. I bought this direct from Felix Ure in the UK in 2022, and I enjoyed it so much. It has such unique mechanisms inside that really reward the time spent with it.
