Description
Oh no! Despite overcoming the monster that is Angry Walter, he's calling in reinforcements in a bid to destroy humanity once and for all! Quick! We need to deactivate Walter's Radio or we will be doomed!
I had a blast with Walter's Radio and it's (like most of Dee's other SDs) approaches the Sequential Discovery genre with a novel twist on the concept. I can't say too much without spoilers, but I would consider it a hybrid between the genres of Sequential Discovery, Dexterity, Blind, and Take Apart puzzle classifications. I don't think I've heard of any puzzle that blends dexterity with SD in quite this way before.
It's also Dee's longest and most complex puzzle to date! I would say there are about 25 to maybe 30 steps in total, but that's assuming the solver knows what to do, so some of these steps will be repeated constantly hoping for a new result by insane puzzlers!
It's made out of a lovely combination of Iroko wood (the main body), and Jatoba wood (the wood of the grating, tools, and other parts). It's also a non-Scratch and Dent version. The small crack next to the grate in the first image is not a defect at all. It's a natural feature of the wood so there is no fear of it growing over time or causing further damage. It's purely visual.
