Description

This latest puzzle from Yoh Kakuda is just sooooo lovely! With the little monkey's face half dipped into the hot spring, and the multiple rocks all around (and the little folded towel on the monkey's head!) it packs that special Karakuri charm.

In hand it's a large Karakuri puzzle too, and I've taken an angled photo to show off the 'water ripples' on the surface that catch the light. Which is a really cool touch that Kakuda added by choosing wood who's grain looks like ripples.

The photos don't show how impeccable the craftsmanship is, in person it's stunning. I won this little gem in the recent lottery, and I've very much enjoyed my time with it. It's been strictly kept at 49% humidity ever since. I'm selling to be able to afford some other puzzles. And Onsen Monkey comes with the original box, card and sealed solution envelope.
