Description

This special puzzle can be considered a very early TIC back when the term hadn’t been recognized.

When I first disassembled this puzzle I was quite impressed by the Piece movements.

Please note: This puzzle was crafted by Josef Pelikan founder of Pelikan puzzles.

Brick Wall - Lucie Pauwels by Pelikan

This is an awesome design by Lucie and it’s expertly crafted by Pelikan using Bubinga for the ‘Bricks’ with Maple used for the ‘Grout’. Placing the 11 pieces within the frame is rather tricky.I made a Box and Lid from Black Limba to house this puzzle. I also added a removable sleeve from Tigerwood. Slipfeathers are Wenge.Shipping cost to be determined at close of auction.

Eleventh Hour - Goh Pit Khiam by Tom Lensch

Tom has been making Pit’s designs for decades now, this very cool cube design has some nice shifting moves making it a fun puzzle to play with. This particular puzzle was a Gift for organizers of the IPP in Texas last summer. It is #33 out of 50.I made a box for this crustacean featuring Roasted Birch with Holly Slipfeathers, the Bottom is Canarywood with Wenge Slipfeathers.
