Cogas is a remarkable puzzle. Typically metal puzzles are among the most expensive puzzles one can buy. Which makes sense considering how much more work goes into machinating metal compared to printing plastic or carving wood. But Cogas was roughly only $100 at retail which makes it one of the cheapest metal puzzles I've seen outside of Hanayamas. And I'm not sure if Hanayamas would be much cheaper if they weren't produced in such high quantities.

But don't think that its low price means that the puzzling is similarly cheap! It's actually a very tricky puzzle that stumps many people and once the mechanism is revealed, people will be delighted and surprised by how the creator even came up with the idea! The machinating is also top notch quality which was essential for the puzzle to function.

I would recommend Cogas for anyone who wants a quality metal puzzle for a non-ruinous price tag.
